Rusty Anchor Bolt Drove Me Crazy - Fixed

I had a rusty anchor seat bolt on the passenger side of the car that needed to be cleaned up - eeks! I believe road salt was the biggest contributor for the rust.

Step 1: Bought WD-40 (Used Rust Resistance)

Applied product with spray attachment to the anchor bolt.

Step 2: Wipe And Scrub Off The Rust

I let the product sit for 30 to 45 minutes and then I used a smaller wire brush to loosen the rust. I did the application several times using a rag and brush.

Step 3: Dried/Wiped Clean

I cleaned off much of the surface rust and I am ready to go.
