steerless steering wheel

Plus 1 more

My new-to-me truck was working great for about a week. The steering started to get so hard to maneuver and very frustrating, considering I spent every last cent buying it and all the things needed for it.
I started searching on the internet for a quick fix and a hopefully cheap fix.
I was told basically to get someone to help me turn the wheel and then try to inspect the ujoint on the steering shaft that is between the firewall and the steering rack. Then...spray the joint with WD-40 and it will loosen it. so this is exactly what I did, and it cost nothing cause I always have a can of WD-40 around.
The steering I will show very hard, I will show how I sprayed right in there, and I will show the after effects of WD-40 and the cost saving it has saved me for a simple repair, but im sure if taken to the garage it would of been a couple of hundred dollars. REPair...saved me money and time.
