This project focused on an extensive rebuild of a John Deere air seeder. It included removing all of the seeding units off of the machine to be able press out seized pivot pins for depth adjustment. All bushings and pins were also replaced during the rebuild. Having been built in the early 2000’s many components required heat and penetrating oil to disassemble. The units were then rebuilt and reassembled back into the main frame.
