The running boards on my truck were showing some wear so I pulled them off, sanded and repainted. I sprayed the bolts with WD-40 prior to unbolting the running boards and gave them a good spray after brushing them to re-install the running boards! WD-40 is a must have in the garage, I have a can on every work bench!
